Our bodies are constantly expressing, storing, releasing, playing, restricting...​ ​ we are a continuous expression of a lifetime of experiences and interactions. We hold our story in our organs, connective tissue and energetic field. ​ It shapes our behaviour, how we love, play and show up in the world. ​ We hold the emotions each time we are unable to fully feel an experience through and instead hold it in. Continuous repression causes "dis-ease" within the body. ​ Energy work though subtle in nature can bring about huge physical and emotional shifts. ​ Our aim is never to fix but to observe your energy, to hold space for it to be seen and heard, and to allow it to move in whatever way your body is ready for.
