Hot stone Reflexology

Service Description

We start your treatment by cleansing with heated mitts. I will then warm and massage your feet and lower legs with hot stones. This is followed by a reflexology treatment where I work the whole foot to encourage balance and healing as well as reading your feet to discover how your bodies functioning for you. I will finish with more hot stones and soothing movements and stretches to end your treatment. Please come in comfy clothes and expect to be looked after
