Service Description

Beginning with a foot bath whilst you sit down and relax. We will check in with how you are feeling and what’s coming up for you at the moment. I’ll then give you a relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage with the pressure you choose. Followed by a nurturing scalp massage. I’ll use heated mitts to cleanse your hands and feet before massaging them with a nourishing Neal’s yard balm using reflexology and swedish massage techniques. We finish with 30 minutes of reiki.
