MASSAGE

I mix a blend of Swedish body massage, sports massage, myofascial release, muscular energy techniques, neuromuscular energy techniques, and soft tissue release to look after you. We will always have a consultation before your appointment, so I have a good understanding of how to best care for you each visit.

When booking a treatment, book for the time you wish to relax for. We will discuss before each treatment what areas you would like to focus on that day.
A few examples:

Full body massage including a face and scalp massage (Best to book 90 minutes.)

A back, neck, shoulder and jaw massage (45 minutes will do).

A full body massage without any big injuries (60 minutes).
-
A monthly massage to release postural tension in your back and shoulders (30 minutes is perfect).
