Heated mitts cleanse and warm your feet. I start with a soothing foot massage before completing a thorough reflexology routine to stimulate every point in the foot. I finish with more massage and satisfying stretches. This treatment is very wholesome. We are caring for your whole body and reading the feet for signs of tension or imbalance. We encourage blood flow, stimulate nerve endings and soothe your system.
